A Gem of Joy ABA provides in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across Olney, Montgomery County, and Maryland, with a family-centered and inclusive approach. The team offers a comprehensive menu of evidence-based methods, including discrete trial training, naturalistic intervention, verbal behavior therapy, and early intensive behavioral intervention, along with functional behavior assessments and parent-mediated therapy. Care is delivered one-on-one in the home under BCBA supervision.

Olney-area families work with Advanced Autism Services entirely in home for ages 1 to 15. Every session is one-to-one and there is no clinic to tour. Intake often reviews CareFirst, UnitedHealthcare (including Community Plan), Aetna (including Better Health), Cigna, Optum, Wellpoint, Jai Medical Systems, Kaiser, Maryland Physicians Care, MedStar Family Choice, Priority Partners, and other panels as contracts change. Confirm your member ID with billing before the first session. ABA is the in-house scope; occupational or speech therapy requires outside referrals.
