A Board Certified Behavior Analyst personally assesses each child and designs an individualized plan focused on communication, social skills, and independence, and a dedicated provider delivers each session under ongoing BCBA supervision. A care coordinator guides families through paperwork and insurance eligibility from the first call, and parent training is built in so progress continues between sessions. The team includes 5 BCBAs and 18 RBTs, is currently accepting new clients with no waitlist, and works with Medicaid plus major commercial plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (CareFirst), Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
