We provide individualized ABA therapy and behavioral consultation for children, teens and adults. Services can take place at home, at school or in the community, allowing goals to connect with everyday routines. We work with families, school teams and other professionals, and offer parent support as part of our services.

Behavioral Services of Collier provides one-on-one ABA therapy from our office at 5051 Castello Drive, Suite 35, in Naples. Our BCBAs and behavior technicians treat children and young adults with autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, conduct disorder, and related diagnoses. We work in the settings where problem behaviors happen most, with goals such as reducing aggression, hyperactivity, and self-injury while building communication and functional skills. We accept most Medicaid managed care plans and serve Collier, Hendry, Lee, Glades, Charlotte, Sarasota, St. Lucie, and Hillsborough counties.

Every Step Counts Behavioral Therapy is at 6720 Lone Oak Boulevard in Naples. We provide center-based ABA therapy along with home and community-based therapy for children and adolescents, using focused and comprehensive 1:1 treatment models with weekly BCBA supervision. Our center has a sensory gym, and we run social skills groups, offer ADOS-2 assessments, and consult with schools on a child's IEP. Founder Melissa Nicoletta, BCBA, has more than 22 years of experience working with individuals with autism. We are in network with some insurance companies and also accept private pay or bill out of network.
