Growing Minds trains parents to become their child's most effective teachers. Our founder spent 15 years as a senior teacher with the Son-Rise Program before earning his BCBA, and the program he launched in 1998 pairs that warm, playful style of connection with evidence-based applied behavior analysis, including Verbal Behavior methods and Positive Behavior Support. Our signature intensive brings one child and family at a time to our Broomfield offices for four days. We assess communication and social skills, design a home program around the child's strengths and interests, and coach parents and helpers hands-on so they leave ready to run it themselves. Six months of follow-up training by phone and video keeps the program in step with the child's progress. Families who already run a home program can choose six months of distance training instead, and we also deliver intensive training in homes and schools, consult with teachers and therapists, and lead workshops for parent groups and professionals. We work with children, teens and adults across the spectrum, from severe autism to Asperger's, high functioning autism, PDD-NOS and nonverbal learning disorder. A licensed mental health counselor on our team helps parents with the emotional side of an autism diagnosis. Families travel to us from across North America and Europe, our partnership work in the Netherlands dates back to 1998, and all of our programs are private pay.

We specialize in center-based Early Intervention ABA for children. We have spent the last 10 years highly focused building the best clinical model in Denver, and as a result we are able to teach children very quickly and effectively.

ABA Express takes a family-centered, individualized approach to ABA therapy, focusing on meaningful skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and behavior. We provide services in home, school, center, and community settings and work collaboratively with families and care teams. Our approach extends beyond direct therapy by incorporating parent training and ongoing support to help families promote progress and skills in everyday life.
