D C Everest Senior High School

Our senior high sits in Weston, just south of Wausau, and serves the upper grades of the D.C. Everest Area School District. Students join a large National Honor Society chapter, compete on our math team in Wisconsin's Division 1, and enter the Microsoft Office Specialist championships.

Many of our seniors earn college credit through AP and dual enrollment courses. We grade on a standards-based system, so a course grade reflects mastery of clearly defined standards, and students may request to retake an assessment after meeting with their teacher.

Students with disabilities are served through a continuum of special education services that includes co-taught inclusive classes, accommodations in the least restrictive environment, and vocational training with paid work experience.
