Heritage Christian Schools
Heritage Christian Schools serves more than 750 students from three-year-old preschool through high school, drawing families from across greater Milwaukee to our New Berlin campus. We are an independent Christian college preparatory school run as a nonprofit, and our aim is to inspire servant leaders through a Christ-centered education. Our program moves in stages: preschool, elementary, an intermediate level that bridges into middle school, a 7th and 8th grade middle school, and a college preparatory high school. Bible, literacy, math, science and social studies run through every level. Educational Student Support provides individualized plans, interventions and accommodations, and our guidance office handles academic planning and college and career preparation. Students take part in STEM and robotics, fine arts, clubs and athletics. Homeschool families can partner with us for select classes, Summer Blast runs each summer, and scholarship funding is available to families.
Orchard Lane Elementary School
Orchard Lane Elementary serves students through grade 6 in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The school sets high academic expectations and connects learning with five core values: respect, responsibility, integrity, perseverance and kindness. Its mission asks students to grow as learners and as citizens who contribute to their community. Older students can help shape school life. The Orchard Lane News team invites fifth- and sixth-graders to write scripts, select music and create themes for a live broadcast. Student Council brings fourth- through sixth-graders together for service projects and student-led communication. The campus team includes special education teachers, a deaf and hard-of-hearing teacher, a school psychologist, occupational and physical therapists, and a speech-language pathologist with assistive-technology duties. These staff members give families direct contacts for school-based learning and related-service questions. The main office is at 2015 South Sunnyslope Road.
