Mill Creek Preschool is a premier bilingual (English/Spanish) educational institution dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for children aged 2.5 to 6 years. We specialize in supporting students with language-based learning disabilities and other diverse special needs through individualized instruction and an open-concept learning environment inspired by Reggio Emilia and Montessori principles. Our curricula include The Creative Curriculum, El Curr'culo Creativo, and the Experience Curriculum. We've been educating and entertaining kiddos for over 10 years in the Mill Creek area. This home-grown family business started as one humble childcare location, eventually expanding to a total of 6 partner locations that include childcare or preschool. Founded in 1997, Academy Schools is a nonsectarian, non-profit private school located in Tukwila, Washington. The school was born out of a commitment to provide a student-centered environment that respects individual needs and learning styles. Serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade, Academy Schools focuses on quality, inclusive, whole-child education in a setting that encourages children to become lifelong learners and find their own unique gifts. The school serves both neurotypical and neurodiverse students, including those with ADHD, Autism, learning differences, and anxiety. With small class sizes of 10 students or fewer, the school is able to assess each student's learning style and tune its instructional model to match. This personalized approach ensures that no student is just 'passed along,' but instead receives the extra attention and guidance needed for long-term success in both academics and social-emotional life. Instruction at Academy Schools is characterized by hands-on activities, projects, and a variety of methodologies designed to engage and motivate students.
