Phoenix Academy is committed to providing a nurturing and structured educational environment tailored for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral challenges. Our mission is to foster academic growth, emotional resilience, and social development, enabling each student to reach their full potential. We offer a comprehensive, full-day program designed to support students in grades K–12 who require specialized attention beyond traditional classroom settings, integrating academic instruction with therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each student.

Our curriculum features standards-based academic instruction delivered by certified special education teachers, alongside life skills development and recreational activities. We provide customized learning strategies aligned with each student's specific goals and needs. To promote positive behavior and decision-making, we implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and ensure all students have access to counseling and mental health resources to support their emotional well-being.

Staffed by trained and certified special education professionals, Phoenix Academy maintains low student-to-staff ratios within a safe and structured learning environment. Our program operates year-round from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, with the additional flexibility of an extended school day available from 2:45 PM to 6:30 PM. We utilize daily data tracking and behavior monitoring to ensure that every student's progress is carefully documented and supported throughout their journey with us.

We believe that family engagement is vital to student success, and we prioritize regular communication and collaboration with families to ensure consistency and support across all environments. Phoenix Academy accepts placements through school district referrals, and our team collaborates closely with district representatives to ensure a seamless transition. Furthermore, we provide structured transition planning to facilitate our students' return to their home schools or progression to less restrictive environments.
