ChildStrive
Special education school and early intervention service provider
Everett, WA • Ages 2-5 • No family is ever turned away because of inability to pay.
At ChildStrive, we partner with families of infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, supporting children with needs ranging from motor or speech delays to feeding challenges and more. Our goal is to help every child and family thrive by providing services that celebrate each child’s unique strengths. We believe that 80% of a child’s brain develops by their third birthday, making these early years a critical time for stimulating, responsive, and positive experiences that build the foundation for lifelong success. Our therapies take place in your child’s natural learning environment—your home, childcare center, or other familiar setting—so children and families feel comfortable, supported, and engaged. We use a play-based approach, incorporating favorite toys, daily routines, and family priorities into each session to make learning meaningful and fun. Families work with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Family Counselors, Special Educators, and Feeding Specialists, all guided by a dedicated Family Resource Coordinator. In addition to our early support programs, we offer the Clever Sprouts ECEAP Preschool, a free, school-day program for three- and four-year-olds. Located at the Village on Casino Road, this income-eligible program prepares children for kindergarten with engaging classroom activities that support early learning, health, and wellness. We also provide specialized home-visiting supports like the Nurse-Family Partnership for first-time pregnant individuals and Parents as Teachers for families navigating difficult circumstances, ensuring a continuum of care from pregnancy to preschool. We are committed to supporting every family as they build successful lives for themselves and their children. We uncompromisingly pursue excellence with justice, equity, and inclusion, using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices. No family is ever turned away because of an inability to pay. Our services are funded through a combination of public and private insurance, family contributions, grants, and fundraising to ensure that all families in Snohomish and North King Counties can access the support they deserve.
