CHOICE An Acton Academy

At CHOICE in Woods Cross, learners work at their own pace on reading, writing, math and other core skills. Our daily program combines individual work with collaborative projects and Socratic discussions. Learners help shape their studio community through responsibilities, town-hall meetings, feedback and mentoring.

Our Spark Studio uses Montessori-inspired activities and Reggio Emilia-inspired play. Fire Studio combines core academics with projects and goal-setting. In DELTA Studio, learners take on more rigorous work, explore their interests and participate in apprenticeships. Progress is based on mastery rather than a fixed timetable.
