Venture High School

Venture High School is part of Venture Academy, a tuition-free public charter in Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The K-8 school was founded in 2008 and the high school in 2010. The school positions itself in contrast to large comprehensive high schools, noting that all students are well known by teachers and administrators.

The high school emphasizes small class sizes, deep rather than surface learning, purposeful projects, fieldwork rather than field trips, and Crew advisory groups that anchor the school culture. Venture Higher lets students earn college credit while completing a well-rounded high school experience.
