Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School

Founded in 1957, Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School runs one class per grade from prekindergarten through 8th grade in Kearns. A group of staff roles gathered under a specialized support heading covers a Director of Student Support Services, an Intervention Specialist, two school counselors and a Title One teacher, and lower school classroom aides also appear on staff. What those roles deliver day to day is not described publicly, so families should ask the student support office directly. Tuition for 2026-27 is $10,500 a year at the cost to educate rate, $9,250 for qualified Catholic families presenting a baptismal certificate, and $14,923 for international students, with five day full day Pre-K at $4,000. A needs based rate is set through FACTS. The Utah Fits All Scholarship is accepted, and a Pastor's Promise Program offers a one year 60 percent discount to families new or returning to Catholic education. Applying runs through the Utah Catholic Schools online portal with a $55 non refundable fee, immunization records, and an educational assessment for kindergarten through 8th grade applicants.
