About Wichita Christian School

Wichita Christian School has offered Christian education in Wichita Falls for more than 60 years and today serves over 320 students from preschool through 12th grade. Our preschool campus on Neta Lane enrolls children from 18 months through age 4, and our Midwestern Parkway campus serves transitional kindergarten through 12th grade.

Bible is integrated across the curriculum, and students from preschool through 12th grade attend weekly chapel. Our K to 12 program runs from elementary enrichment and intervention through Advanced Placement classes in high school, with college counseling, National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society. We are accredited by Cognia and the National Christian Schools Association and compete in TAPPS.

Students play football, volleyball, cross country, golf, basketball, track and tennis, and younger students have an elementary athletic program. Fine arts include band, choir and Odyssey of the Mind. 2026-27 tuition is $9,600 for TK to 5th grade and $10,600 for 6th to 12th, with need-based financial assistance plus scholarships for military, ministry, first responder and sibling families. After-school care runs until 5:30 p.m., and our Summer Adventure program fills the summer months.

Hirschi Middle School

Wichita Falls, TX Grades 6-8
Personalized learning plans Experiential learning Public school

Hirschi Middle School is a free public charter school for grades 6 to 8 in Wichita Falls, run by Third Future Schools. Our model is personalized learning: each student has a profile of academic history, strengths, interests and how they learn best, along with an individual academic plan, and instruction moves between large groups, small groups, partners and independent work. Students who struggle get more time and attention, and advanced students keep moving ahead. Through our Dyad Program, grades are paired, with seventh and eighth graders forming one dyad, and students complete experience requirements over each two-year span, from performing arts and project-based learning to filmography, language, community service and travel. Dyad classes are taught by community experts in areas such as photography, coding, yoga, musical instruments, comic book illustration and mural making. Eligible seventh graders can travel out of state and eighth graders can travel abroad, with eligibility tied to a proficient score on our Habits of Success rubric. Before and after care is available for families who need a longer day.
