Shrine School - Memphis

Two public charter programs share the 320 Carpenter Street address in Memphis: Cornerstone Prep–Lester Campus serves pre-K through grade 5, while Lester Prep serves grades 6–8. Together they cover consecutive early-childhood, elementary, and middle-school grade spans at the same Memphis location.

Sensational Enlightenment Academy is an accredited private Christian school in Memphis for children from 18-23 months through Grade 5. It provides developmentally appropriate curricula and one-to-one instruction in pre-K and elementary programs. Eligible students with disabilities may receive special-education services through Shelby County Schools, whose team develops an Individualized Service Plan with parents, teachers, and students when appropriate.

Thrive Memphis is a dedicated non-profit organization that enriches the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities by addressing their social and recreational needs. Formerly known as The Exceptional Foundation of West Tennessee, Thrive Memphis provides a safe and welcoming community for individuals with various disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, Williams Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and Rubenstein-Taybi Syndrome. The core mission of Thrive Memphis is to create holistic programming that fosters social connections and personal growth among participants. The organization offers structured programs throughout the year, including spring, summer, and fall sessions, designed to engage participants in meaningful activities that promote inclusion and community building.
