About Technical College High School - Pickering Campus
Technical College High School Pickering Campus gives high-school students in northern Chester County hands-on career and technical education while they remain enrolled in their sending schools. Students entering grades 10–12 can explore automotive technology, carpentry, criminal justice, culinary arts, early childhood education, health careers, welding and other pathways at the Charlestown Road campus. The program connects classroom study with industry credentials and opportunities for college credit.
Eligible juniors and seniors can also apply for cooperative education. These placements combine approved worksite experience with school credit and wages, giving students a chance to practice skills in a real workplace. The Chester County Intermediate Unit operates this public, part-time campus. Admissions works with participating schools and reviews applicants' program fit, including how it can support a student with an IEP. Families can contact the admissions team to discuss programs and the application process.
