Bee My Baby Childcare and Preschool

Bee My Baby in North Olmsted is now Little Buckeye Learning Center, part of an Ohio preschool and child care group that dates to 1971. Our Lorain Road center serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, with infant and toddler care, preschool for two- and three-year-olds, Pre-K and a school-age program for kindergarten through age 12.

Teachers plan weekly lessons with the research-based Creative Curriculum around the five content areas of the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards, and we add creative arts as a sixth. Pre-K covers kindergarten readiness down to practical skills like checking out a library book or carrying a lunch tray. Our school-age curriculum follows the Cincy After School program, and summer brings weekly field trips and our Summer of STEM.

We take part in Ohio's Step Up To Quality program, so our teachers complete training beyond state licensing requirements. Full-time care runs 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and half-day preschool meets from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. or 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.
