About Asheboro Hybrid Academy
Asheboro Hybrid Academy combines classroom instruction with homeschooling. Elementary and middle school students meet in class two days a week, while high school students meet three days a week for 32 weeks of the year. Students complete assigned lessons at home with a parent or guardian as co-teacher. Our Christian education program spans elementary through high school.

How does the weekly schedule work?
Elementary and middle school students meet in person at our Asheboro school building on Mondays and Thursdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. High school students meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:55 p.m.
How does the hybrid model work?
Students receive instruction from professional teachers on campus two or three days each week. Teachers handle lesson planning, preparation, and classroom instruction. At home, elementary parents help students complete assignments and provide extra support; for middle school students, parents take a guiding role as students assume more responsibility.
Do parents need homeschooling or teaching experience?
No. Our professional teachers introduce and teach new concepts on in-person days, then provide assignments and plans for students to complete at home. Parents support their child as a personal tutor, with guidance from our teachers.

At Asheboro Hybrid Academy, high school students meet on campus three days a week and complete assigned lessons at home with a parent or guardian as a learning partner.
