Best Special Needs Schools in Logandale, Nevada (2026)

Permanent Learning Solutions began in 2011 as a learning center in Logandale, started by a career public school teacher who wanted to help students who were falling through the cracks. Our work began with intervention for struggling students, then grew into a preschool and, in September 2018, GO EXL Academy (Gateway Opportunities for Exceptional Learning). GO EXL Academy is a private, non-denominational Christian, nonprofit program for early childhood through fifth grade serving the Moapa Valley, currently operating as a homeschool program. Learning coaches are trained in our Neurological-Physical Connection Therapy approach, and classes use the Abeka curriculum with smaller class sizes and hands-on learning. Alongside reading, writing, and arithmetic, students study science, history, music, art, drama, gardening, cursive, and physical education. Each day opens with prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the National Anthem. We also offer one-on-one sessions, tutoring services, and learning coach support for families.
