Joplin Christian Academy

Joplin, MO Grades K-12
Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) Self-paced mastery learning Bible-based curriculum

Joplin Christian Academy has offered Bible-based education since 1998, and we are Joplin's only A.C.E. school serving kindergarten through 12th grade. Home of the Warriors, our campus sits on West 20th Street. We teach the Accelerated Christian Education curriculum through PACEs, short workbooks that break each subject into 12 achievable steps per level. Students work at the level where they can perform, set reasonable goals, and move ahead as they show mastery, so each child progresses at their own pace. Character lessons and Scripture run through the academic content. New students take a diagnostic test to place them at the right level in each subject, and it can be completed at home on a family computer. We keep costs low on purpose. For 2025-26, full-day tuition is $300 a month for the first child over nine payments ($2,700 a year), with lower rates of $250 and $200 a month for a second and third child. PACEs usually run $200 to $250 per level, plus a $50 enrollment fee. Students also take part in extracurricular activities, including sports.
