St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School teaches preschool through grade 8 in Hastings as a ministry of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, with our main campus on Tyler Street and an early childhood campus at the parish on 15th Street West. We keep an 11:1 student-teacher ratio, are accredited by MNSAA and hold Lumen Accreditation from the Catholic University of America. Preschoolers learn through play, daily prayer and Bible stories, with half-day classes for 3- and 4-year-olds and a full-day option for 4-year-olds that adds science, music and gym specialists. From 5th grade on, middle schoolers lead masses, rosaries and prayer services, complete 10 service hours each quarter, and can join band and honor band. Our athletes compete in volleyball, basketball, archery and baseball. K-8 tuition for 2026-2027 is $5,585.69 for active parishioners and $7,110.09 for other families, and parish support and fundraising cover the rest of the actual cost. Need-based aid is available through the Aim Higher Foundation and TADS, and the Schulze Family Foundation offers scholarships for the final year of preschool. Students wear uniforms, and Hastings Public Schools provides busing within district boundaries.
