About CityLab High School
CityLab Innovation High School is Revere Public Schools' alternative high school option at 15 Everard Street, built for students in grades 9 to 12 who want a different path than a traditional high school. A group of teachers, students and administrators designed the program around the idea of using the city as a lab for learning.
Our model looks different in practice. Students apply, so they have a voice in choosing us. Courses are interdisciplinary and use competency-based learning, classes are small, and dual enrollment lets students earn college and high school credit at the same time. Internships and out-of-classroom experiences are part of the program.
Exploratory and pathway options shift with student interest and our partnerships. Current options include architecture, engineering, computer science, robotics, video game design, woodworking, culinary arts and cosmetology. Our schedule lets students earn up to seven courses per semester, with flexible scheduling for individual needs. District bus routes serve the school, and students may also use public transportation.

Staff Sergeant James J Hill School
Staff Sergeant James J. Hill Elementary School is a Revere Public Schools elementary school on Park Avenue in Revere. Our school culture program, PAWS, and the Open Circle curriculum give children direct lessons in identifying and managing emotions, empathizing with others, building positive relationships and solving problems, and our thematic read-aloud series ties those lessons to the books students hear in class. Science from Scientists brings real scientists into our classrooms every other week for hands-on STEM lessons. Our kindergarten families take part in Raising a Reader, which sends home books and gives parents tools to build daily reading routines, and students practice reading skills with Lexia Core5. New students start with a tour. Once a child is enrolled, our parent liaison, joined by an interpreter when needed, walks the student and caregiver through the building, introduces the teacher and classmates, and shares school resources, and the child begins class the next day. We have an active PTO, community partners including Expect Respect, and breakfast and lunch served each day.
