About Woodlawn Middle School
Woodlawn Middle School is a Baltimore County Public Schools community school on St. Lukes Lane, and students, staff, and community members work together to choose our programs. We are a Title I school, and students wear uniforms.
Our student body is culturally diverse, and our World Language Department leads multilingual supports for students and families. The building has a school nurse, a counseling office, and a library media center, and we hold family nights such as our Title I ELA, Math, and Special Education Night. Eighth graders apply to BCPS magnet programs through our counseling office.
After school, students join the Media Team, Broadcasting, Beautiful Butterflies, Dance and Cheer, National Junior Honor Society, and Student Council. Our athletic teams include cross country, badminton, co-ed soccer, basketball, cheer, tennis, outdoor track and field, and co-ed Allied Bocce and Allied Softball.
