Polaris Village Academy

On the Eastern Shore in Easton, Maryland, Polaris Village Academy is a private school that began with younger grades and an early learning center. The academy is expanding to kindergarten through eighth grade, and registration is open for kindergarten, first, second, and middle school. The aim is a village of support around every student, with small classes and close attention.

Classes follow the school's own CHARMED curriculum. Reading and writing, math, science, social studies, and the arts sit with critical thinking, financial literacy, civic engagement, and creativity, and the program points students toward STEAM pathways. School is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Families stay connected through the Brightwheel app.

Academic work and non-academic support are both part of how the school serves the whole child, with community partnerships around each family. Core values are accountability, resilience, integrity, a growth mindset, humility, and equity.
