About School Readiness Center Inc
School Readiness Center is a dedicated private preschool that has been serving families for 40 years, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children aged 2½ to 5 years. The core mission of the center is to ensure that each child receives a positive first school experience, tailored to meet their unique needs, including those with language-based learning disabilities and other developmental challenges. The school emphasizes small class sizes, fostering individual attention and meaningful interactions between students and caring educators, all of whom hold at least a four-year degree.
The curriculum includes specialized programs such as Kindergarten Connection, designed specifically for children transitioning to kindergarten, ensuring they are well-prepared for their educational journey ahead. With a strong focus on language development through engaging methods like Jolly Phonics and an introduction to Spanish in the classroom, School Readiness Center promotes holistic learning. Additionally, the center prioritizes safety by maintaining a peanut-free environment and training staff in allergy management and CPR.
What sets School Readiness Center apart is its commitment to family partnerships and community involvement, alongside its low student-teacher ratio that allows for personalized instruction in a warm atmosphere. With spacious facilities that include a large outdoor playground and competitive rates offering discounts for siblings, the center provides an enriching foundation for young learners as they embark on their educational paths.
