Foundation Academy is a family-owned and operated Preschool and Child Development Center dedicated to providing nurturing, faith-based care for children in Cornelia, Perry, Atlanta, Fort Valley, and Newnan, Georgia. Established in 2006, the school focuses on laying a strong foundation for the next generation by partnering with families to support children's growth from infancy through preschool. Catering to children aged six weeks to five years, Foundation Academy employs a holistic approach that combines faith-based learning with innovative educational practices. The curriculum emphasizes kindergarten readiness through engaging lesson plans drawn from established resources such as Abeka and 1,2,3 Jesus Loves Me. Children thrive in classroom learning centers designed to foster independence and problem-solving skills while exploring music, arts, and hands-on activities. Outdoor play is an essential component of the daily routine, featuring age-appropriate play structures that promote physical activity and imaginative play. Parents benefit from real-time communication through the Kid Reports app via Procare, ensuring they stay connected with their child's daily experiences. The center prioritizes health and safety with home-cooked meals made from organic ingredients, secure access controls, CPR-trained staff, and rigorous cleaning practices that maintain a safe environment for all students. What sets Foundation Academy apart is its commitment to creating a clean, secure space where children can explore their interests while developing essential skills for lifelong learning in a community-centered atmosphere.
