Saint Francis School's Milton Campus sits on 43 acres off Cogburn Road, and for 2026-27 it expanded to a full middle school alongside the high school, serving grades 6 to 12. The grounds include athletic fields, tennis courts, four gymnasiums, a weight room, a cross-country course and an indoor pool. Founded in 1976, Saint Francis is an independent, non-religious college preparatory school accredited by Cognia and SAIS. Classes stay small, with a 7:1 student-to-teacher ratio and middle school classes of 10 to 16. High schoolers choose from 15 AP courses, honors and college prep levels, and the Academic Enhancement Program adds skill-building and executive functioning support in English and math. Students with dyslexia and moderate learning differences receive structured literacy instruction, including the Wilson Reading System and Orton-Gillingham-based strategies, inside their regular classes. A homework hour with teachers runs Monday through Thursday. High school teams compete in GHSA Class A, and clubs include Beta, robotics, National Honor Society and Thespians.
