Johns Creek Montessori School of Georgia sits near the intersection of Highway 141 and McGinnis Ferry Road and groups children between 8 weeks and 6 years old into three multi-age levels. Every lead teacher holds a Montessori credential from AMI, AMS or the Pan American Montessori Society, earned through MACTE-accredited teacher training.

Our Infant Program, for babies 8 weeks to about 15 months, runs year-round from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and follows each baby's home sleep and feeding routine, with families supplying breast milk, formula and food. Pre-Primary classrooms for 15 months to 3 years center on movement, language and self-care such as dressing, hand washing and toileting. In Primary classrooms for ages 3 to 6, children choose their own work with Montessori materials and move into reading, writing and math as they show readiness.

Pre-Primary families choose three or five days a week, and both Pre-Primary and Primary offer schedules of 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Optional enrichment classes include music, art, soccer, yoga and violin. Parent workshops, family outings and festivals round out the year.
