About Poinciana Christian Preparatory School South
Poinciana Christian Preparatory School South is a non-denominational Christian school on Walnut Street and part of the Christian Preparatory Schools network, which teaches students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Students do not have to be Christian to attend. Bible study runs alongside social studies, science, math and English, and we hold chapel every week.
Every student follows an Individual Academic Plan and works one on one with a teacher, moving quickly or taking extra time in each subject. A student moves to the next lesson only after earning at least a C. Year-round attendance is optional at no extra cost, and dual enrollment lets high schoolers collect as much as two years' worth of college credit. Students can study more than 30 foreign languages.
Our campus lists speech services, individual and group educational therapy, tutoring, and occupational and physical therapy, and we enroll students with a range of disabilities, including autism, specific learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities and hearing or vision impairments. Families also have transportation, an after-school program, summer school, athletics, art, music, coding and a gifted option. Families can pay through Step Up For Students or FACTS financial aid.
