Coachella Valley Lighthouse is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism, offering specialized support to a diverse age range from infants to adults. At the core of its mission is the application of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy, which empowers clients by improving essential life skills, communication abilities, and social interactions. The school recognizes that each person on the autism spectrum has unique needs and tailors its programs accordingly, focusing on early intervention for children and providing ongoing support for teenagers and adults as they navigate life's complexities. Private Spanish lessons meet live on Zoom, while in-person time is reserved for an after-school class and a June camp. Adult one-on-one classes serve students ages 18 to 99 and use the Prisma Latinoamericano sequence from A1 through C1, in a weekly 90-minute session or two one-hour lessons. Homeschooled students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade can take one-on-one Zoom classes built on Alba y Gael and Rockalingua. The academy is an approved vendor for Mission Vista Academy, Pacific Coast Academy, Cabrillo Point Academy, iLEAD, and Sage Oak. Children's one-on-one options include two 30-minute sessions a week or two 45-minute sessions a week. Kiddos Lingua is the after-school program for transitional kindergarten through 5th grade at James Monroe Elementary in Bermuda Dunes, meeting from late August to mid-June in a beginning group and an advanced group. Summer camp runs during the second and third weeks of June at Palm Valley School in Rancho Mirage. Camp days use games, songs, outdoor play, hands-on activities, arts and crafts, performances, and a daily Spanish project, with bilingual teaching one-on-one and in small groups for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students. Private lessons are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., year-round. Face-to-face meetings are limited to the after-school program and the summer camp. Teachers hold bachelor's and master's degrees in Spanish, and upper levels are taught entirely in Spanish while earlier levels stay bilingual. Adolescent and adult reading includes works by Miguel de Cervantes, Isabel Allende, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and Pablo Neruda. Children, teens, and adults have studied here since 2010, through communicative, task-based, and experiential lessons.

The Early Childhood Education (ECE) program at Desert Sands Unified School District is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners aged four years and under, particularly those with diverse developmental needs.
