About Reyn Franca School - Denair

Reyn Franca School is a nonpublic certified school operated by Creative Alternatives that accepts referrals from local school districts. It serves up to 48 special education students in grades K-12 who, due to various maladaptive behaviors, cannot attend public school settings.

The school has served special education students since 1986. Its veteran support teams help students develop the behavioral and social skills necessary for safe re-entry into a public school setting. Each highly structured classroom accommodates up to 12 students instructed by a credentialed special education teacher with a 1:4 ratio of instructional aide support.

Lessons are derived from California State Standards and individually modified. Students have access to transportation, individual and group counseling, speech and language therapy, music, art, and intramural sports activities.
