Searcy, AR Ages 2-5
Developmental delays Autism Early intervention day treatment

Kids Unlimited Learning Academy in Searcy combines a developmental preschool with on-site therapy, nursing and behavioral services for children from 6 weeks old until they enter kindergarten. Our day treatment classrooms keep small ratios: one teacher for every 4 infants, 6 toddlers, 8 three-year-olds and 9 children ages 4 to 6. Teachers use the Frog Street Pre-K curriculum with Conscious Discipline for social-emotional learning, along with Handwriting Without Tears and the Picture Exchange Communication System. During the day, children receive occupational, physical and speech-language therapy and applied behavior analysis from licensed therapists, registered behavior technicians and board certified behavior analysts. Our nurses manage medications, asthma treatments, tube feedings and hearing screenings in coordination with each child's doctor, and our psychologist provides autism testing. Outpatient therapy is available for children up to age 12. Our van service picks up children within a 35-mile radius, and the center runs from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Services are typically covered by Arkansas Medicaid or TEFRA, with some covered by private insurance. Our staff includes bilingual members who speak Spanish and ASL, and we run a summer program.
