To The Top Myo & Speech is a private speech-language practice in Chesapeake focused on oral function and communication. Carly Welsh, MS, CCC-SLP, QOM-TC, provides orofacial myofunctional therapy, speech and articulation therapy, feeding and swallowing therapy, oral-motor support, tongue and lip-tie support, and one-to-one parent coaching.
