Como Pediatric Communication Center

We are a family-owned pediatric therapy center in Troy that has cared for children for over 20 years. Our speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists work closely with families, turning small victories into real milestones.

Children come to us with speech and language delays, apraxia of speech, autism, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, sensory processing differences, and fine and gross motor delays. We also support children with Down syndrome and other genetic conditions, and we treat every child like one of our own.
