Behavioral Health Clinic - Fort Atkinson

Our Fort Atkinson clinic is part of Behavioral Health Clinic, which provides neurodiversity-affirming autism evaluations for children, teens, and adults in person or online. The assessment uses standardized tools and observation over 3 to 4 hours, and we send a written report within 48 hours.

We also offer ADHD assessment and treatment, learning disability testing, counseling, and psychiatric services. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and our waitlist is shorter than most clinics.
