At Twinkle Healthcare in San Antonio, our licensed psychologists conduct in-clinic ADHD and autism testing for children, teens, and adults from San Antonio, Helotes, and across Texas. Testing has four parts: cognitive and behavioral assessments, questionnaires from parents, teachers, and clients themselves, clinical interviews with observation, and a written diagnostic report with recommendations for therapy and school or work supports. Because ADHD and autism can look alike and occur together, the evaluation helps tell them apart. We also provide autism therapy, adult and pediatric psychiatry, therapy, and medication management.
