At Dallas CBT, our psychologists offer in-depth ADHD testing along with testing and recommendations for learning challenges, for adults and children. A psychoeducational assessment by a licensed psychologist helps confirm or rule out ADHD or a learning difference and leads to treatment and support recommendations. Our practice is known for cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and EMDR for anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma, and we run group therapy for ADHD, OCD, and social anxiety. We see clients in our Oak Lawn office and online.
