About Tennessee Neuropsychology - Knoxville
Our Knoxville office sits in the Fort Sanders West medical campus. Led by Dr. D. Malcolm Spica, a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist who has provided pediatric assessments since 1991, we evaluate people of all ages for autism, with particular experience with adolescents and adults.
Autism evaluations combine the ADOS-2 and CARS-2 with cognitive, neuropsychological, and developmental measures, since other conditions often overlap with autism. We also provide neuropsychological evaluations and learning disability consultations. After testing, we meet with the individual or caregivers in a results session and provide a written report with diagnostic impressions, findings, intervention recommendations, and suggested support services.
