We diagnose and treat ADHD for adults in Oregon and Washington, with no waitlist for assessments. Care begins with a 50-minute psychiatric evaluation of your medical and psychiatric history. If ADHD appears probable, we assign QbCheck, an at-home neuropsychological test of hyperactive and inattentive symptoms, and review the results at the first follow-up before building an individualized treatment plan. For people previously diagnosed, we review clinical history and records and continue treatment when appropriate. Our offices are in Portland, Salem, and Medford, and we also see patients online.

We provide comprehensive pediatric assessments for ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, along with assessments for giftedness, anxiety, and depression. Because ADHD often occurs alongside learning disabilities, autism, and emotional concerns, our evaluations look at the whole picture to rule out other factors behind attention difficulties. For autism, we recognize that children can be identified as at risk as early as 18 months and that early identification opens the door to support. We also offer parenting therapy, social communication therapy, and psychiatry and medication management.

People come to us with concerns about focus, concentration, organization, task completion, procrastination, or misplacing things, and an assessment helps determine whether an ADHD diagnosis fits. Treatment may combine counseling, behavior strategies, and stimulant or non-stimulant medication, along with lifestyle support.
