We provide affirming, science-based mental health care for children, teens, young adults, and adults in Lake Oswego and the Portland area. Our assessment services include psychological evaluations and autism evaluations, and our team includes a licensed psychologist who specializes in autism and ADHD evaluations for children and adolescents. We also offer therapy for anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation, parent coaching, and neurodiversity-affirming medication management for children, teens, and adults.

We specialize in the psychological evaluation of autism spectrum disorder in adolescents and adults, along with neuroaffirming therapeutic support. Evaluations are led by Matt Lundeberg, Psy.D., from our office on Meadows Road in Lake Oswego. Alongside assessment, we offer therapy for autistic clients, and we work with referring providers who want an autism evaluation for their patients. Our practice is committed to affirming care for transgender and gender nonconforming clients, and families can begin with an evaluation interest form.

We offer autism spectrum evaluations for ages 31 months to 18 years, ADHD evaluations for ages 8 to 18, and combined autism and ADHD evaluations. Our learning evaluations for students in grades 1 through 12 assess reading, writing, and math and include a record review and cognitive testing. We also complete neuropsychological evaluations for changes in memory, attention, and executive functioning, as well as psychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification. For children under 8 with attention concerns, we offer consultation services to decide whether an evaluation or therapy fits best.
