NC Center for Counseling and Psychological Services - Apex

We offer a full menu of psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults. Families can choose psychoeducational evaluations, IQ and achievement testing, neurodevelopmental and autism evaluations, ADHD evaluations, cognitive and memory evaluations, and early entrance to kindergarten testing. Most evaluations start at age 4 and include a diagnostic interview, a review of records and developmental history, and standardized testing. We also provide counseling, and our offices serve the Triangle, Goldsboro, and Asheville.
