Empire Neuropsychological Services - Delmar

Empire Neuropsychological Services is a group of psychologists and therapists serving the Albany area from offices in Delmar and Latham. We provide pediatric neuropsychological evaluations for school-age children through young adults with learning, developmental, and psychiatric support needs, autism evaluations across the lifespan, and focused dyslexia evaluations.

Each evaluation starts with a one-hour consultation to review history and records. The testing day includes interviews, cognitive testing, and, for autism questions, direct assessment with the ADOS-2 or MIGDAS. About three weeks later we meet for feedback so families leave with a clear understanding of the results and a path forward. We also evaluate adults referred for OPWDD entry or exploring a diagnosis themselves, and our autism evaluations are in network with CDPHP.
