Navesink Psychological Services - Red Bank

At Navesink Psychological Services, our psychologist-led team evaluates clients from age 2.5 through adulthood. We offer autism evaluations that often include the ADOS-2, psychoeducational evaluations for dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, and neuropsychological diagnostic evaluations for ADHD, anxiety, depression, Tourette syndrome, and OCD. We also provide second opinion evaluations and testing to support accommodations at school, at work, and on standardized exams.

Our main office is in Red Bank with a second office in Oceanport, and many services are also available by telehealth. Alongside evaluations, our team offers therapy, behavioral support, and academic and executive functioning help, so families can find next steps in one place. We are an out-of-network practice and provide the documentation needed for claims.
