Our psychologist Dr. Kimberly Smith has particular expertise in intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, including dual diagnosis and co-occurring medical conditions such as epilepsy, hydrocephalus, and cerebral palsy. She provides diagnostic clarification and differential diagnosis evaluations alongside treatment using CBT, ACT, and DBT, combined with medication management when needed. She also coaches students and young adults on executive functioning and organization from elementary school through graduate school.
