About Twilight Psychology - Lexington
We offer ADHD, autism, psychoeducational, and specialty psychological evaluations in person in Lexington and via telehealth across Kentucky. Our evaluations include PDA-informed and high-masking autism pathways, and most of our clinicians identify as neurodivergent.
We include IQ, achievement, and processing testing that school teams need for IEP and 504 decisions. Self-pay clients usually receive results within 7 days of intake. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and therapy and medication management continue in-house.
