About Kentucky Services - Lexington
We provide ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults at our Lexington office. A clinician gathers history in a clinical interview, then clients complete Creyos cognitive tasks measuring attention, working memory, and impulse control, along with Conners-4 or CAARS-2 rating scales.
A comprehensive protocol adds KBIT-2 IQ and Vineland-3 adaptive testing. A provider then reviews the data, confirms a diagnosis when appropriate, and discusses next steps, including medication management. We accept Medicaid for ADHD testing.
