Formative Psychological Services - Northbrook

Families in Ravenswood and Northbrook come to us when something about a child's development, learning, or behavior doesn't quite add up. Our licensed clinical psychologists provide neuropsychological assessments for school-aged children, teens, and young adults in college, along with autism and ADHD testing for kids.

Each evaluation combines parent interviews, direct time with your child, standardized testing, and a review of developmental history and school input. You receive a clear written report and a feedback session to walk through results and recommendations. With your permission, we coordinate with schools, and we also offer therapy, parent consultation, and referrals after testing.
