Social Care Services - Jacksonville

We provide autism and ADHD testing in Jacksonville and Orange Park. Autism testing covers ages 3 to 99, and child and adolescent ADHD testing covers ages 3 to 18. We also test for dyslexia, anxiety and depression, sensory sensitivity, auditory processing, IQ, and reading, spelling, and math skills.

Our evaluations provide the diagnostics families need for ABA, speech and occupational therapy, mental health care, and school supports such as a 504 plan or IEP. Our team also offers therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and bilingual medication management.
