Elkhart County Special Education Cooperative

The Elkhart County Special Education Cooperative (ECSEC) is dedicated to serving over 3,400 students with disabilities, ranging in age from 3 to 22. Established in the late 1960s, ECSEC focuses on meeting the unique educational needs of children with various diagnoses, including language-based learning disabilities and those who are twice-exceptional. The cooperative employs a highly skilled team of professionals, including school psychologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech and language pathologists, and specialized educators for students with visual or hearing impairments.
