About Happy Days Academy, LLC
Happy Days Academy in Pinellas Park takes children ages 1 to 6, full time or part time, and our hours run 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., five days a week. Classrooms follow The Creative Curriculum, and our motto, "I am and I can," guides the hands-on activities teachers plan for each age group.
Toddlers and our Discovery Preschool group for 2 and 3 year olds get daily small-group instruction, and teachers keep parents updated on each child's day. Our Preschool 3-4 and Prekindergarten classes add observation-based assessments, daily hands-on math and science, and group activities that build social and communication skills before kindergarten. Art and music are part of the week, and summer camp runs during the break.
We offer free VPK with a wrap-around program, take part in free food programs, and accept ELC, CCC and NACCRA child care assistance. Our staff meets the qualifications set by the Pinellas County licensing board, teachers keep taking college classes, conferences and workshops, and the center uses a surveillance system.
