A+ Learning Center is dedicated to empowering students through highly specialized private tutoring services. Jerry R. Walker Middle School carries the name of Little Elm Police Detective Jerry Walker, an Army veteran who served the department for 19 years, including as a school resource officer at Little Elm High School, before he was killed in the line of duty in 2017. Little Elm ISD opened our campus on August 31, 2020, and dedicated it on February 28, 2021. Our building was built for 1,200 students. Students can join athletics, band, choir, theatre, cheerleading, the National Junior Honor Society and a Recycling Club. Our staff includes school counselors, a library media specialist, a nurse and a campus behavior specialist.

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Little Elm is a family-owned and operated school, part of a franchise network of more than 170 academies, serving children from 6 weeks through 12 years old. Our accredited programs run from infant and toddler care through preschool, Pre-K and a kindergarten program, and we provide before and after school care for children in kindergarten through 5th grade who attend local elementary schools. Teaching follows the First Class Curriculum: Big Steps for infants, toddlers and twos, Fast Track for preschoolers and Growing Young Minds for school-age children. Classrooms add STEAM Ahead, Brain Waves brain development activities and ABCmouse. Infants work with sign language, sensory play and read-alouds, and preschoolers learn through short theme-based units. Parents can check in through online viewing, and our tuition is all-inclusive. Summer camp offers themed learning built around STEAM, history, literature and robotics for children entering kindergarten through 5th grade.
